Privacy Policy

1. Data controller
The data controller is HUMBLE LOGISTICS d.o.o., Ulica kneza Branimira 24, 10040 Zagreb, Croatia, OIB (personal identification number): 97633555990. For privacy questions, contact us at info@humble-logistics.com.
2. Data we process
When you submit the contact form, we process your full name, email address and the content of your message. When you submit a quote request, we also process the shipment details (transport mode, origin, destination, cargo description and, if you provide them, weight, volume, requested pickup date, company, phone and notes). In both cases we also process the technical data necessarily associated with sending the request (such as IP address and time of the request). We do not request special categories of personal data.
3. Purpose and legal basis
- Responding to inquiries and preparing quotes: processing is necessary in order to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
- Security and abuse prevention: our legitimate interest in protecting the website and business communication, including an automated check when forms are submitted (Cloudflare Turnstile).
- Traffic analytics: Google Analytics and Metricool are activated solely on the basis of your consent.
4. Recipients and data transfers
We may use SendGrid (Twilio Inc.) for message delivery and Google Analytics (Google LLC) and Metricool (Metricool Software S.L., Spain) for analytics. To protect our forms from automated submissions (spam), we use Cloudflare Turnstile (Cloudflare, Inc.): when you start filling in the contact or quote form, Cloudflare processes technical data about your browser and device, such as your IP address, browser type and settings, and how you interact with the page, solely to verify that the form is being sent by a person rather than an automated program. The content of the form is not sent to Cloudflare. These providers process data according to our instructions and their contractual data-protection obligations. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is based on an applicable GDPR mechanism such as standard contractual clauses or an adequacy decision.
5. Retention periods
We keep contact inquiries for a maximum of 24 months after the end of communication, unless longer retention is required for a contractual relationship, a legal obligation or a legal claim. Security logs are kept for a reasonably short period, generally up to 90 days. Analytics data is retained according to the Google Analytics and Metricool account settings.
6. Cookies and local storage
Your decision about analytics cookies is stored locally in your browser under the name humble-logistics-analytics-consent. Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and _ga_* only after you select "Accept". Analytics is not loaded if you select "Essential only". If your browser blocks local storage, your choice applies only until you leave the page, and analytics stays off unless you accept it.
Your website language choice is stored in your browser's local storage under the name hl-lang-pref, and dismissing the language notice is remembered for the current session only under the name hl-lang-suggest-dismissed. These entries stay in your browser and are not sent to anyone.
With your consent, Google Analytics receives page visits, page-speed measurements and the type of a technical error. The page address is sent without parameters or fragments; error texts, form content and email addresses are not sent. With your consent, Metricool receives page visits (the page address in the same form, the referring source and the browser window size) and sets no cookies. When you withdraw consent, analytics stops and analytics cookies are removed from this domain.
7. Your rights
Under the conditions of the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. You may withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing. To exercise your rights, contact us at info@humble-logistics.com.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, 10000 Zagreb.
8. Security and changes
We apply technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted transmission, access restriction, input validation and protection against automated abuse. We may update this policy when services or regulations change; the current version is always published on this page.
